Gil remained unconscious, laying on the floor as a small pool of blood circled his head. There was a gash on the side of his head and it looks like he tripped and fell, hitting and cutting his head open on the edge of the glass coffee table.
He shook his head. He thought for a bit and slowly held up his hand, holding up his index finger, saying one for Elizabeta.
"One?" Luise questioned. The shake of his head told her that it wasn’t Antonio. But then what did one mean? One what? One moment, one minute, one-at-a-time, first—oh. "First?" she questioned. She thought back to who she had named and the order she had named them in. "Elizabeta? You want Elizabeta to come here first?"
He smiled and nodded, letting his hand drop down on the bed.
"Alright." she said. "Elizabeta. If it’s alright with your doctor, Elizabeta will be your first visitor. We can work out the rest later, then." She reached out an held is hand. "Do you need anything?" she questioned. "Is there anything else I can get or do for you?"
He shook his head after a bit of thinking. He squeezed her hand slightly and smiled.
She squeezed his hand too, smiling at him. “East…would you mind very much if I left you for just a little bit, to go find your doctor? I need to ask him some questions.”
He blinked at her, his smile fading a bit. He nodded, saying it was okay.
"You don’t want me to go, do you?" she said. "I can wait, if you want. I can wait until you’re asleep. I don’t mind. I can catch the doctor later." she squeezed his hand. She didn’t want to do anything that upset him and right now she was more than willing to do anything he wanted.
He was feeling tired anyway and closed his eyes. He soon fell asleep.
